Welcome Swag Box
OBJECTIVE:
One Properties was looking for a welcome package for their residents for one of their new buildings, Southpark on Whyte. They needed a SWAG Box specially designed to house their branded items along with a few local extras to make the recipients feel welcomed into the Southpark community. Whenever a new resident moves into Southpark, one of these boxes will await in the suite to greet them into their new home.
STRATEGY:
One Properties had prepared all the items as part of the Southpark welcome gift in advance. Therefore, our approach is to find them a sizable SWAG box packaging that not only would fit all their items, but also allow us to create a spectacular design that aligns with the Southparkâs theme and logo.
RESULTS:
The box fits perfectly with all the items inside and it is beautifully displayed in the condo apartment; a dash of red in the new home. One Properties received numerous praises from their residents with this practical, localized, unique welcome gift.
