Sustainable Holiday Postcards
Objective:
To create a memorable, sustainable holiday postcard that reflects SMS Equipment’s values of gratitude, wellness, and environmental responsibility while reaching over 2,800 employees in both English and French.
Strategy:
SMS Equipment partnered with CREATIVE to produce a custom, bilingual seeded postcard printed on recycled paper embedded with wildflower seeds. The design featured wellness messaging, thanks for employee contributions, and hand-signed leadership notes, delivering a personal, eco-conscious gesture during the holiday season.
Results:
Employees across Canada received a thoughtful, plantable card that could be saved and grown in the spring – symbolizing the company’s long-term commitment to growth and sustainability. The initiative was well-received internally and reinforced SMS Equipment’s culture of care and appreciation.
