Service Award Program

OBJECTIVE:

The City of Edmonton required a platform to host their online Employee Recognition Program as well as a reliable and experienced team that could handle the daily administration and fulfillment of such an extensive program. They were also seeking our expertise to help select rewards that would be desirable to their employees.

STRATEGY:

We have created a multi-level website for the City of Edmonton, which they now call their Service Award Program. All products within this program were selected in relations to the demographics and psychographics of the City of Edmonton employees.Â We also decorate each product with the City of Edmonton logo and we stock them in our CREATIVE warehouse. This allows our team to quickly receive orders and ship them out daily for quick delivery times.

RESULTS:

The City of Edmonton has used this program with CREATIVE for over 10 years.Â It continues to grow and provide value to the City of Edmonton by recognizing their employees who have achieved significant milestones or accomplishments and most importantly retaining their great staff.
