Promotional Rebranding Package

OBJECTIVE:

CREATIVE was tasked with developing a comprehensive promotional rebranding package for the employees of All Weather Windows. It was a true team effort by our team to come up with a fresh concept to launch this new brand and pay homage to the company’s obsession with “building connections through brighter spaces” and unique history.

STRATEGY:

From Anna & Pete presenting the brand messaging and thought process, to Briana creating the beautiful mock-ups and proposals, to Lisa and Erica researching the unique products, Creative was able to provide strategic creativity to launch the new All Weather At Home brand. The new brand wanted to reflect the essence of “Building Together” and celebrate the ongoing incredible team spirit of the organization.

RESULTS:

The special employee package represented the comforts of home, wherever you may go – the office, lounging at home or travelling the world. The winning products were a coffee mug, a custom imprinted lap blanket, a custom-shaped pillow and a large natural tote bag, along with a postcard explaining the All Weather Group’s thought process and appreciation of the contributions and human connection with the team. The packages were handed out at a large company BBQ and celebration where staff were bused in from multiple locations.

The promotional products not only launched the new brand effectively but also fostered a renewed sense of loyalty among the staff. This case exemplifies the power of thoughtful branding and innovative marketing strategies in revitalizing a company’s presence in a competitive marketplace.
