Online Pop Up Store
OBJECTIVE:
Spruce Grove Ringette is a sports organization with multiple teams and staff. The objective was to create an online platform that would facilitate orders and collect payment from all these individuals. It was also required that the system collect information on each order including peopleâs names, numbers, coaches, and team names.
STRATEGY:
A store was created that allowed individuals to register their accounts, place orders, and make payments via credit card. This platform also collected the required personal information needed on each order. The website was opened for a specific time period and product was ordered according to what was selected which meant no inventory was required. The order was compiled and labeled to accommodate the distribution of items.
RESULTS:
The store was able to facilitate the ordering process and collect the necessary personal information required for each order while also collecting payment. Many items included on the store had several product variations and decoration methods. Having the store help manage the data and generate the proper reports to organize the project is a huge benefit.
