Online Company Store

OBJECTIVE:

Talentcor wanted to create an online store to support their company’s purchasing and distribution of promotional products. Talentcor has several divisions with unique branding guidelines that have to be managed. The main objectives were to help enforce their brand, manage and track orders, develop distinctive purchasing codes for each division, and budget their spending. Decorated items were to be stored at CREATIVE and were pre-approved and ready to ship to ensure fast delivery of branded merchandise.

STRATEGY:

CREATIVE developed an online store for Talentcor consisting of a collection of products that are stocked at the CREATIVE warehouse and shipped on a daily basis. Orders are placed by several approved purchasers across the country that have been issued unique purchasing codes for their locations. Products are reviewed and refreshed on a regular basis while monthly reporting tracks inventory and summarizes the orders placed from each user and location. Administrator accounts are created for approved users to provide access to reporting data and the ability to manage accounts.

RESULTS:

Talentcor has partnered with CREATIVE for many years now. Their online store continues to benefit the company by storing inventory, streamlining promotional product purchases, as well as, enforcing and building awareness of their brand.
