Employee Appreciation Gift

OBJECTIVE:

A division within Google was hosting an employee appreciation event that included a carnival theme with games. The event included a maze, which was constructed for employees to navigate and compete for prizes.  They required a branded gift item for each employee participating that was fun, unique and tied into the maze theme.

STRATEGY:

A custom box of chocolate was designed and created with a maze mold.  We included a candy ball to complete the maze game.  Additionally, we designed a custom 4 color process Google box with a flip open lid to increase the perceived value. A clever slogan “YOU ARE A-MAZE-ING” was added to the box as a way of showing appreciation to each employee.

RESULTS:

The employees loved the clever concept and the gift was extremely well received! Google indicated that this project left a lasting positive impression with all the staff.
