Curated Employee Swag Bags
Objective:
South Western Insurance Group wanted to surprise their team with a curated box of branded coziness as a holiday gift in December—and we were thrilled to help bring the idea to life!
Strategy:
We proposed a premium winter set from Kootenay Knit, a Canadian company well-known for its iconic Olympic mittens. The set included a pair of knit mittens and a matching toque, each subtly decorated with a small suede patch laser-engraved with the SWG logo. These cozy pieces were packed into a stylish shoulder bag, also branded with the company logo.
The kits were assembled in Edmonton, complete with a festive postcard/Christmas card, then shipped to SWG for distribution to their team.
Results:
SWG wanted a high-quality gift to recognize their employees, and they were delighted with the thoughtful, beautifully packaged sets we created.
