Company Core Values Awards

OBJECTIVE:

Our client NorthwesTel wanted to recognize employees whose work exemplified one of their four guiding company values. Four individuals are chosen each year, choosing those that have demonstrated above and beyond efforts in one of these four company values.

STRATEGY:

The mountain-esque theme of the awards chosen has a northern life vibe making it an easy-to-display piece for all of the recipients. Each of the four awards is different, displaying the value for which they are being recognized, the recipient’s name, and the year the award was won. The clean, frosty look and sharp detail of the decoration add to the beautiful finish of these awards.

RESULTS:

The final product turned out simply amazing! We congratulate each winner on being a truly valuable employee to NorthwesTel.
