Commemorative Plaque Makes An Impactful Gift
OBJECTIVE:
After 15 years, the Dirty Birds legacy came to an end. The GM of the team wanted to provide each player with a commemorative plaque of their time on the team, including a statement of how each player impacted the team.
STRATEGY:
These beautiful acrylic awards were able to be personalized with each player’s name and number, as well as a constant message of the dynamic of the team. The team comprised grown men, all with different playing abilities, but the comradery and friendships formed by this team will last a lifetime. From playing in the World Ball Hockey Championships in Prague, Czech Republic, to the Nationals in St. John’s, Newfoundland, the Dirty Birds legacy will never be topped. This team was truly a once-in-a-lifetime.
RESULTS:
The players were surprised and impressed by the awards, as they were kept a secret until the retirement ceremony. Each player received the award, as well as a special memory shared about them. These awards will be displayed proudly for years to come.
