Clever Google Reviews Strategy

OBJECTIVE:

Strata Electrical approached us to assist them with driving more and better Google reviews to their Google Business Profile.

STRATEGY:

We collaborated, designed and then built a survey process as well as a Google review signature template to assist Strate in its effort to grow its Google reviews.  First, we incorporated a survey system post-job completion.  This survey process would provide Strata with not only the feedback they requested from each job and team but also the ability to determine if they should take the next step of requesting a 5-star google review.  When a happy client filled out the website survey, a form submission from their website triggered the next step.
The next step was the creation of a clever incentive that included their company’s mascot named Rambo.  Rambo was a friendly fixture within their company that often started the relationship between each customer and the Strata team.  Therefore, our graphics team created a signature template that included Rambo getting a treat as well as a simple link and QR code to Strata’s Google Business Profile.  After every successful job, the administrative team would send out the Google signature to incent each customer to fill it out.

RESULTS:

Strata Electrical is now approaching 200 Google reviews due to the strategy and execution of this campaign achieving the goal they set.
