A Recognizable Team Look
OBJECTIVE:
We were required to create a unified team look by ensuring that the “Dirty Birds” team/brand stood out at any competition or event. Additionally, the product choices were required to included apparel for the families of the players as well.
STRATEGY:
We selected a fully custom and sublimated ball hockey jersey for this team. This type of imprint method would allow us to easily add a new jersey if a player joins the team. We also selected a black 80/20 (Cotton/Poly) hoodie to allow the type of decoration method to adhere properly to the fabric. Then a grey t-shirt was presented and approved because of its ability to be ordered in men’s, ladies, and youth sizes. We decorated these premium products with an infusion method which allowed us to imprint multiple colors on each piece without a heavy ink feel to the finished decoration.
RESULTS:
We would like to think that we were a part of the Dirty Birds success! The team and family experienced and won events in Czech Republic, representing Canada in the World Cup of Ball Hockey, as well as the National Championships in St. John’s, Newfoundland, and numerous other tournaments across Alberta. Additionally, the wives, girlfriends, and kids of the players felt great while cheering from the stands. As the saying goes, “LOOK GOOD, FEEL GOOD, PLAY GOOD”.
