Making Zero Count – 1-Year Safety Milestone Appreciation Gifts

OBJECTIVE:

There is no job so important that it cannot be done safely, which is why every safety milestone is worth celebrating. One of our clients, CIVEO, recently achieved a 1-year safety milestone where they completed a whole year without a lost-time injury. This incredible milestone also shows CIVEO’s commitment to safety in the workplace. To celebrate, CIVEO requested gift ideas to show their appreciation and recognize their employees’ hard work with their attention to safe practices.

STRATEGY:

To acknowledge this 1-year safety milestone, all the appreciation gifts were required to have both the CIVEO logo and the “Making Zero Count” logo imprinted. The product selection also had to be functional, presentable, and enjoyable for the CIVEO’s employees. Therefore, we presented numerous lifestyle and tech gift ideas that suit all the listed requirements. CIVEO, in turn, selected the Field & Co. Sweater Knit Sherpa Blanket and the UV Phone Sanitizer with Wireless Charging Pad as their choice of gifts, based on the responses collected from their employees.

RESULTS:

These gifts were packaged and split-shipped to 18 different locations across Canada. A huge congratulation to CIVEO on achieving this remarkable 1-year safety milestone!
