Real Estate Video

OBJECTIVE:
Our clients needed a video showcasing their industrial lots available for sale in a business park. The challenge was to create a video that would spark buyers’ imagination and be specific to the location, yet general enough that if one lot gets sold, the video still can be used to sell other lots in the area.
STRATEGY:
It was a collaborative process from the beginning. Our team met with the clients to gain an understanding of the key features of the lots and the business park’s location. We incorporated drone footage and images of the lots and the business park and overlayed those with text that was strategic in describing all the best the location and lots have to offer. The videographer incorporated special effects into the drone footage to highlight various selling points.
RESULTS:
The clients were very happy with the result as it surpassed their expectations. They now have a tool in their marketing arsenal to promote these lots and the future phase of this project.
