Horizon North wished to create an online platform to help facilitate the communication and process as well as to administer the purchasing of branded promotional materials to each of its different business units. Being a company with various different locations and a large leadership team they also wished to ensure that all promotional materials were consistently meeting their brand standards in both quality of decoration and quality of the product.
The client required two different ordering methods and therefore there are two components to this program, a stocked selection of materials and a custom order selection of materials.
The Brand Store provides a selection of promotional materials that are stocked at CREATIVE Promotional Marketing Agency warehouse in Edmonton. These items are regularly stocked in moderate inventory levels and can be shipped the next day for timely delivery.
The Custom Shop is a virtual store that provides the ability to view pre-approved logoed promotional products or merchandise quickly and easily. These products are not kept in stock and all custom shop items are ordered as they are requested with the ability to customize the decoration.
The Brand Store and the Custom Shop provide the leadership team with a program in which they can view in-stock and custom-created ideas. The program assists and relieves the purchasers for each business by providing viewable products to the requesting managers, which eliminates a great number of communications in regards to order discovery. Lastly, Horizon North is left with peace of mind knowing that all of their promotional products are adhering to the company’s brand standards, helping Horizon North to build a strong and healthy brand.
