The objectives for Vallen were to enforce their brand standards, manage the storage and inventory of their branded products, streamline the ordering process, and budget their spending.
An online store was developed to display approved merchandise made available to the various purchasers and employees across Canada. The products were displayed online with available inventory levels to streamline communications and accommodate fast delivery. Approved users were given budget accounts to use as a payment option and to track spending. Credit card purchasing was made available for general users.
Vallen was able to enforce its brand by creating a store that held products which were approved by their marketing team. They were able to create annual budget codes as payment to track their company spending and decrease delivery times considerably by having logoed products in inventory. Administrative controls were also provided to accommodate account management and reporting.
