Loyalty Gift

VENDOR SHOWCASE

OBJECTIVE:

Air Canada wanted a way to provide a better experience for its loyal customers, as well as, the ability to show their customers that Air Canada cares about protecting their valued items.

STRATEGY:

We selected a companion set of luggage tags and key tags with the Air Canada logo/brand. Additionally, we added a gift box that was logoed on the lid and a printed communication piece to go inside for additional instructions, information, and branding capabilities. Should an Air Canada customer lose their luggage or keys, the tags provided a reward system for the return of these valuable items.

RESULTS:

After Air Canada’s first order, the branded tags became very popular with the Air Canada customers and even in the Air Canada boutique; which then led to multiple re-orders from Air Canada for giveaways, and for their boutiques in select airports around Canada.
