Landing Page For A Seasonal Google Ad Campaign

OBJECTIVE:

Our clients at Splashdown wanted to take advantage of the increased seasonal demand for gutter cleaning and replacement services by running local Google ads, which would direct their targeted audience to more information about those specific services.

STRATEGY:

A well-written, visually effective and very targeted landing page is an absolute must if anyone is looking to advertise on Google. The landing page is the ad audience’s final stop before making the decision to contact the advertising business. Therefore, it is extremely important that the page is highly correlated with the ad itself and gives the page visitor exactly the information they are expecting to receive and convinces them to fill out the form or pick up the phone to contact about those services. Our team, comprising the content writer, graphic designer, web developer, SEO specialist and project lead, all collaborated with the client to ensure only the right content was displayed on this page to make it a successful part of their digital marketing funnel.

RESULTS:

Our client was very happy with how the page turned out and since then, other landing pages for more Google campaigns are in the works. The Google ad ended successfully with our client enjoying 153.5% overall traffic to their website, 26,143 impressions were created on Google and resulted in 558 visits to this landing page alone. This landing page became their #1 page on the website by volume of traffic and it also helped bring up the engagement on the website and resulted in an increase in Organic search.
