Google Ads Campaign & Landing Page

OBJECTIVE:

The objective of the campaign was to build awareness for Royal Park Realty’s client Leduc Business Park and their parcels of land which are for sale.  This goal also required us to assist in converting inquiries from corporate land purchasers into sales through a clever landing page on Royal Parks website.

STRATEGY:

Our digital team conducted keyword research and identified the target audience before building this campaign.  We also configured Google Search Ads which would lead to a clever landing page.  This landing page would entice qualified purchasers to learn more about Royal Park Realty’s available plots of land.  The landing page also incorporated the intelligence of one of our expert content writers, and one of our expert graphic design and SEO experts. we were able to support an increase in overall website engagement.

RESULTS:

Over a period of 2 months, we were about to generate 24,000 impressions and 676 clicks as well as a high percentage of click-throughs resulting in a conversion of sales.
