Executive Gift For Top Clients

OBJECTIVE:

SMS Equipment is the largest Komatsu dealer in the world with a network of business centers across Canada. SMS required an impressive executive gift to present to their top clients at the Canadian Mining Association exclusive event.

STRATEGY:

The D475A dozer was decided on as the signature machine to emulate. We have reproduced a 960E mining truck and the PC8000 shovel as models in previous years. The custom wood model is manufactured in Vietnam and is made from Mahogany wood, then varnished. The supplier uses an actual diecast model to base all the dimensions for all of the little pieces that come together to create this beautiful gift. The model was also presented in a custom wood crate especially made for the model’s safe passage to each individual’s home.
