Customer Loyalty Gifts

OBJECTIVE:

Startec was looking for some small giveaway items to clients with the intension to drive customer loyalty. Furthermore, their management team was also inquiring about ideas for their contractors as a recognition gift.

STRATEGY:

Why purchase 2 things when 1 can do the job? Knowing that both target groups share some common psychographic traits and lifestyle preferences, we chose the Koozie Knife Flashlight Set which would be most appreciated by their clients and contractors.  It is the perfect multi-functional gift that fits both giveaway objectives.

RESULTS:

Startec was well pleased with the quality of the products. They were also ecstatic about the immediate cost-savings due to the fact that our strategy allowed them to “hit two birds with one stone”.
