Conference Giveaways And Marketing Material

OBJECTIVE:

Rite Choice Pharmacy was an exhibitor at a Palliative Care Conference and required relevant marketing materials that they could include in the bags that were provided to all the doctors and nurses who attended. They also needed giveaways and a banner at their table.

STRATEGY:

This client came to us with a good understanding of what they wanted, so it was our job to source the right products, provide design services and complete the marketing campaign. We made some edits to their current marketing brochure and also developed a new brochure specific to the services they provided in relation to the event’s main focus, Palliative Care. We completed their table’s brand look with a matching banner. Once all the artwork was complete, we teamed up with a reputable vendor and went to print! For the promotional giveaway, we went with stylish, yet inexpensive pens that were paired with eco-friendly sticky notebooks.

RESULTS:

The client utilized the existing brochures and sticky notebooks to engage in conversation with the attendees directly at their table. The new brochure was paired with one of the branded pens and inserted in the bags handed out to the attendees at the event. This became the strategic post-event brand touchpoint with the recipients, who would be once again reminded of Rite Choice Parmacy and their services.
