Our client Senso Group wanted to streamline their online presence by consolidating their three existing websites into a single website. This move is aimed at enhancing customer experience by making their products and services more easily accessible. Additionally, Senso Group wanted to make the new website mobile-friendly and integrate a feature that allows customers to request quotes for all the 1000+ products and services displayed.
STRATEGY:
Our team collaborated closely with Senso Group to develop a comprehensive strategy for consolidating their three websites into one. Our website designer worked to simplify the site navigation into a single, intuitive layout that is easy for customers to navigate.
Our content writer also worked closely with the client to create engaging and informative content that highlights Senso Group’s full capabilities and unique selling points that differentiate them from their competitors.
To further enhance the customer experience, our website designer built in a request-a-quote feature that is available on all products and services, allowing customers to easily submit their inquiries. In addition, we incorporated a text app on the website, which provides customers with a direct line of communication with the company, allowing them to receive prompt answers to their questions.
