HOW IT WORKS
It’s a simple concept! When an employee attains a service milestone (6 months, 1, 5, 10 years etc.) he or she receives a personalized email from his or her manager that can be automatically generated from our proprietary system (we can explain the technical details but trust us, it works!). This communication congratulates them on their achievement and provides a link to an online site where they can choose a recognition gift. Each employee gets to choose from a wide selection of gifts (jewellery, electronics, brand name tools, etc.) so that everyone will find something that fits their demographics and lifestyle. With the right product, each employee is motivated to reach every service milestone and will have fun doing it. All programs include recommendations from our industry experts, budget analysis, extensive reporting, and employee surveys to keep the process simple and stress-free at every stage.
